    Encore Communication Laboratories Inc. specializes in product safety standard. We were headquartered in Chicago, IL, in 1989, which is beside UL headquarter. We are a lab authorized directly by UL.and have passed ISO/IEC17025 standard. We are entitled to have UL CAP-EA and ETL TMPL testing qualification, which enable presenting testing data and report to UL/ETL for approval directly without witness from UL/ETL engineers. Our lab provide trusted, sound, professional and efficient service with international standard and the most advanced facilities and experienced technicians and engineers. We provide UL/ETL safety standard certification, calibration service, the whole consult for product development and service for performance and testing. With many years experience and professional service, we cover every need of our customer. We are also able to operate complicated and advanced product testing such as microwave oven and some special industrial facilities.
